VEGETAL GROW DEVELOPMENT

lighting Post harvest

Post-harvest storage is a very important point for product quality ; indeed, many compounds contain bioactive substances fundamental to humans , such as carotenoids or vitamins , but these substances are very perishable, and maintaining the nutritional value of a product depends mainly on storage conditions.

One of the advantages of using VGD LEDs is the ability to use wavelengths of interest for a specific action on storage or even during presentation on market stalls.

From bouquets of flowers to bunches of tomatoes, there is always an optimization factor with light which, in most uses, allows us to significantly reduce waste of our favorite foods.
